training on selected systems along with training on Microsoft
products. ITC has also developed "Process Based Training",
a unique approach for delivering end user training. Our approach
goes well beyond traditional end user training activities by
combining process mapping, role mapping and end user training
so that end users are well prepared to meet their job performance
expectations. "Process Based Training" helps end
users to understand how the system "thinks", thereby
increasing the user’s productivity and the likelihood
that they will engage in continuous improvement by suggesting
new, improved, and more efficient ways to use the system. In
